We came when we first moved to Big Bear and it was just OK... Came back tonight seven years later and such a great experience! Taco Tuesday with Mike Cross playing. Good food, fantastic service and a warm welcoming atmosphere.
Great service at this tiny little Mexican restaurant in Big Bear. The food was very good as well. I had chicken enchiladas with rice and beans, my son had cheese enchiladas with rice and beans, and our friends both had burritos. Everything tasted very good and it all came out piping hot. Parking was super easy, it's right off the main street and easy to find. It's well worth a stop after a long day of hiking or skiing!
Cute little Mexican restaurant with really great customer service, tasty drinks and great music taste. Super quick & speedy service on a Sunday night. The Mexican food was decent. Start you off with chips & really tasty salsa! The passion fruit margarita was delicious.
First time coming to Azteca yet I've been to Bear more time than I can count. I am so sad I never came here before! This place is amazing! Authentic food and drinks! My girlfriend and I shared the Chicken Fajitas plate. I had the Cantaritos to drink while my girl had the Trash Can! Definitely coming here again! Friendly staff!
We had a great experience at Azteca grill for Taco Tuesday. They offer hard or soft tacos and the options are shredded beef or Chicken or ground beef. Tacos were only $1 each!!!!! They were all good, the shredded beef was my favorite. We had our 1 year old son and the staff was very gracious with him and us. Great service! The had a musician playing keyboard and singing popular songs, which my son loved! Overall it was a fun, casual, lively restaurant good for families!
Taco Tuesday is amazing! $1 tacos plus amazing mixed drinks. Great service, fun time, fantastic atmosphere. Arturo is the man! Making everything better than could even be imagined. Love this place and happy to have memories that will last a lifetime!
The service was awesome and it was Super Bowl game day. Food was delicious, flavor was on point. Prices were good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant..
Amazing!!!! Food and drinks were delicious! I am strict gluten free and the staff was very knowledgeable and patient. This place will be a go to whenever we visit big bear.
We waked into live music - major plus. Ordered a skinny margarita - nice and strong!!! The chips and salsa are super good and so was our server, Arturo. He's on the ball. The enclosed patio was warm with heaters and blinged out with Christmas decorations. There was a constant stream of people coming in the door. This is a local favorite! The food comes out quick! The food was very good. I would come here again.
Cute place. Posters of their specialty cocktails line the walls. Live music was playing on the patio. I was craving just a chili relleno and a cheese enchilada combo. Both were really great. Partner got the carnitas platter and his plate was loaded. The owners came by and chatted for a bit about dogs. Our girl was being super good. Full and happy after a day on the lake
